110-300-0165(2)(b)- Two downstairs window blinds had pull cords capable of forming a loop. 110-300-0165(2)(c)- Electronic cords were accessible to children on living room shelf. 110-300-0165(2)(d)- Plastic bags were accessible to children in downstairs bathroom and in upstairs hallway closet. 110-300-0165(2)(e)- Kitchen knives were accessible to children.
